Sandy Aramini, RN, DON
Sandy Aramini, RN started at Champion HHC in August of 2017 as our Director of Nursing. She has many years of experience in the healthcare industry as an Registered Nurse. In the past Sandy has been project manager and executive assistant, but decided to peruse her passion; nursing. Sandy has experience working with Wuesthoff Health Systems and Health First Hospitals in acute care and as a travel nurse. Sandy is passionate about patient care and making sure that her patients are well taken care of.
Gina Gustad, Billing and Payroll Coordinator
Gina started with Champion in May of 2016 part time as our On-Call Scheduler. In December of 2016 she began working full-time as our Client Care Coordinator. Gina has a multitude of different working experiences in the customer service industry. She has previously worked as a legal assistant, in aerospace and defense and in sales and merchandising. Currently she is continuing her education in marketing while getting her associates degree from EFSC. Gina loves her job and enjoys an ever-changing work environment. She is excited to be part of the Champion team and to learn more about the home health care industry!
Kiyah Frazier, Client Care Coordinator
Kiyah Frazier started as our Customer Service Coordinator in March in 2018 then moved to the Caregiver Recruiter position in June of 2018. She started as the Client Care Coordinator in March of 2019. Being that Kiyah is a native of Brevard, she has worked with many seniors in our county as a Certified Nursing Assistant from 2010-2014. Working as a CNA has not only taught her to be a more patient person but a more caring person as well. She has learned to be more empathetic towards people that are in need of help. Kiyah also has a lot of customer service experience working in a call center. She learned to be patient and to exceed her customers exceptions! Kiyah plans to progress and further her career in the healthcare industry by going to school for Healthcare Administration. She is excited to be our Client Care Coordinator because she wants to find the best caregivers around that are reliable and caring!
Cassandra Borrelli, Client Care Coordinator
Cassandra Borrelli joined the Champion team in August 2019 as our on-call scheduler and has transitioned into our Client Care Coordinator position. She has many years’ experience in the customer service industry and has a background in the home health field. In the past she had various roles in customer service and owned her own restaurant. She enjoys working with her customers the most! Taking part in growing businesses is where Cassandra thrives. She is excited about building relationships with her customers and clients and can’t wait to grow her department. Cassandra is also very passionate about advocating for and working with domestic violence organizations.
Shanté McCoy, Caregiver Recruiter
Shanté started with Champion in March of 2019 as our Caregiver Recruiter. She has many years’ experience in healthcare recruiting, training, and development and office administration. She is currently obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Training and Development. Shante’s ability to put her candidates at ease allows them to display their professional strengths and really shine at what they do. Bringing new quality caregivers to Champion is something Shanté is really excited about because she is passionate about helping our elderly clients.
Melissa Montes, Customer Service Coordinator
Melissa Montes joined our team in March of 2019 as our Customer Service Coordinator. She has extensive experience in the customer service field. Melissa has worked with various types of customers helping them to find exactly what they are looking for in the most efficient way possible. She is proud of the amount of attention she gives each of her customers. She previously worked in the wholesale and healthcare industry. Melissa loves new challenges and is excited to learn more about the healthcare industry and how she can service the needs of our clients.
