Sandy Aramini, RN, DON

Sandy Aramini, RN started at Champion HHC in August of 2017 as our Director of Nursing.  She has many years of experience in the healthcare industry as an Registered Nurse.  In the past Sandy has been project manager and executive assistant, but decided to peruse her passion; nursing.  Sandy has experience working with Wuesthoff Health Systems and Health First Hospitals in acute care and as a travel nurse.  Sandy is passionate about patient care and making sure that her patients are well taken care of.


Gina Gustad,  Billing and Payroll Coordinator

Gina started with Champion in May of 2016 part time as our On-Call Scheduler.  In December of 2016 she began working full-time as our Client Care Coordinator.  Gina has a multitude of different working experiences in the customer service industry.  She has previously worked as a legal assistant, in aerospace and defense and in sales and merchandising.  Currently she is continuing her education in marketing while getting her associates degree from EFSC.  Gina loves her job and enjoys an ever-changing work environment.  She is excited to be part of the Champion team and to learn more about the home health care industry!

Johanna Taylor,  Client Care Coordinator

Johanna started with Champion in December of 2016 as our Customer Service Coordinator.  Originally she is from Delaware and has been in Florida for three years now.  Johanna has several different working experiences in the customer service industry.  She has gained experience  as a customer service lead working for two different nationally respected brands.  Johanna loves working with our team and helping people.  Her heart feels full when she knows she has helped someone.  Johanna is excited to learn more about the home healthcare industry and grow with Champion!

Kiyah Frazier,  Caregiver Recruiter

Kiyah Frazier started as our Customer Service Coordinator in March in 2018 and started her new role as Caregiver Recruiter in June of 2018.  Being that Kiyah is a native of Brevard, she has worked with many seniors in our county as a Certified Nursing Assistant from 2010-2014.  Working as a CNA has not only taught her to be a more patient person but a more caring person as well.  She has learned to be more empathetic towards people that are in need of help.  Kiyah also has a lot of customer service experience working in a call center.  She learned to be patient and to exceed her customers exceptions!  Kiyah plans to progress and further her career in the healthcare industry by going to school for Healthcare Administration.  She is excited to be our Caregiver Recruiter because she wants to find the best caregivers around that are reliable and caring!

Miranda Stump,  Customer Service Coordinator

Miranda Stump  started with Champion in April 2017 as our On-Call Coordinator and began her new role as our Billing and Payroll Coordinator in July of 2018.  Miranda has many years experience in the customer service industry.  She earned her Associate of Arts from Eastern Florida University.  In the past she worked in the dietary department at an assisted living in town and she made sure her residents needs were exceeded.  She is excited to grow with Champion learn more about customer service and how to help our elderly population of Brevard.  Not only is she highly organized at work, she is passionate about making sure our clients are well taken care of in a timely manner.

Erin B. Carney,  Marketing Director

Erin Carney started as our Marketing Director in October of 2018.  Erin has 25 years of healthcare experience including ten years as a physician office liaison in ambulatory surgery.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Colorado Christian University.  Erin also received her Surgical Technology Certificate from Eastern Florida State College and worked as a surgical tech in the operating room.  Over the last two years of her healthcare experience she worked in marketing and sales.  Erin is excited to help grow the business with Champion and to be the preferred provider of choice for Private Duty in Brevard County!  Erin is passionate about service excellence to patients and their families and being an integral part of our healthcare community.

Angel Smith,  Customer Service Assistant

Angel Smith joined our team in December of 2018 as our Customer Service Assistant.  She has extensive experience in the customer service field.  Angel has worked with various types of customers helping them to find exactly what they are looking for in the most efficient way possible.  She prides herself on being dedicated to helping her customers receive individualized attention.  She previously worked with children as a preschool instructor, lifeguard, cheerleading coach and swim instructor.  Coaching was one of the many rewarding aspects of her life because she helped her team learn new skills and how to achieve their goals.  Angel is excited to learn more about the healthcare industry and how she can service the needs of our clients.
